They confirmed how they have been regularly approached by regime officials asking them to implicate themselves and me in all manner of crimes in exchange for their freedom, money and houses.
They have been promised that they will be released once they implicate themselves. Of course we reminded them how Museveni and his criminal regime operate and asked them to be very cautious.
Thankfully as of now, all of them have refused to implicate themselves. We encouraged them to remain strong even in the midst of so much oppression and persecution.
